Your prices come back by themselves
NPK positions (from the standard Swiss catalogue of construction positions) are priced from your own past quotes. You see every earlier price and the quote it came from, not a black box.
R positions get a proposal, not a blank
R positions are free-text positions the architect writes with no standard text behind them. The assistant proposes a price from your similar R positions and names its source. You confirm or change it.
Code does the arithmetic
Quantities, discounts, VAT and totals are calculated by code, never by a model. The number on the PDF is the number in the file.
PDF for the client, file back to the architect
Ruufd writes a PDF on your letterhead and returns the tender file in the format it came in. Only your prices are added. Nothing else in the file is touched.

Which tender files can Ruufd read?
The standard Swiss formats, .crbx and .01s (SIA 451). Reading has been verified on files from four different architect programs, including Trimble, Messerli, Snap WIN and DELTAproject.
What is an R position?
A free-text position the architect writes when no standard NPK text fits, for example rotten rafters replaced as found. Ruufd proposes a price from your similar R positions and shows you which ones it used.
Does the file we send back to the architect change?
Only your prices are added. Positions, texts and quantities stay exactly as the architect sent them, so the file opens in their software without surprises.
Does AI set our prices?
No. The assistant proposes a price and names its source. You confirm it. All arithmetic is done by code, never by a model.
Our old quotes are PDFs. Is that enough?
Yes. Send them as PDFs or files. We build your price memory from them before day one, for free.
