No. The job is created from the quote with every position, quantity and price. You only enter what changes on site.
What is a change order?
Work that was not in the quote, for example rafters that turn out to be rotten once the old tiles are off. In Ruufd it is logged on site, gets a price and is tracked until the client approves it.
Can the crew measure on a phone?
Yes, on a phone or a tablet, through the field app. The office sees the numbers the same minute.
What if the measured quantity differs from the quote?
You see the difference per position. The final invoice uses the measured quantity, so you bill what was actually built.
