What does Ruufd cover?
The whole job: quotes, orders and change orders, invoicing with the QR bill, daily reports and the field app. A CRM board, scheduling, material ordering and roof measurements are coming next.
Does it work with the files our architects send?
Yes. Ruufd reads the standard Swiss tender formats (.crbx and .01s) and has been verified on files from four different architect programs. The file goes back to the architect with your prices and nothing else changed.
Where is our data stored?
On servers in Europe, isolated per company. Your prices are yours. They are never shared with or visible to other firms.
How long does setup take?
We move your data over before you start: old quotes, supplier price lists, clients and contacts, open jobs and unpaid invoices. You run your first job the day you log in.
Can we keep our current software running in parallel?
Yes. Many firms run both for the first jobs. Ruufd exports the same files your current software expects.
How many users can we add?
